A 93-year old bodybuilder Dr. Charles Eugster amazingly exercises 3 to 4 times a week. He began his passion to become fit six years ago. “I want to turn the heads of the sexy young 70-year-old girls on the beach”, he says. Anxious he might get fat, he hired former Mr. Universe to become his professional trainer.

The former dentist did 57 dips, 61 chin-ups, 50 push-ups and 48 abdominal crunches, each in 45 seconds in a recent competition. Dr. Eugster has won world titles for fitness and earned many rowing medals as well.

He has recently won the World Strenflex Title again, and won another 2 gold medals at the World Masters Rowing Regatta in Poland

Age doesn’t matter even in fitness. At the age of 93, he is incredibly physically fit and no doubt he is living a healthy life. Steve Iliffe, professor of primary care for older people at University College London, says, “”He is unusual and there is a small minority of the population that can undertake that sort of vigorous activity into their 90s, but that’s not true of most of us.”
