Giant George was born November 17, 2005, he consumes 110 pounds of food every month. Sleeps on a queen size bed and sits on a chair like a human.
6 years old George, who weighs 245 pounds and 43 inches tall, is almost 100 pounds bigger than other dogs of his breed, twice as tall as an average Golden Retriever and about the same weight as four German Shepherds, 11 Beagles or 26 Shih Tzus.

George’s owner Dave Nasser has written a book, “Giant George: Life with the World’s Biggest Dog,” chronicling his life with the enormous Great Dane.
