Lamborghini SUV: Lamborghini Urus Unveiled at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show (Photos)
Lamborghini’s Urus unveiled to the public today at the 2012 Beijing Auto Show. Urus, comes from a prehistoric ancestor to our modern cattle, and maintains Lamborghini’s naming convention related to bulls.

According to Stephan Winkelmann, the president of Automobili Lamborghini the 600-hp Lamborghini Urus will launch from zero to 62 mph in around 4 seconds, will be comfortable enough for adults to use all four seats every day and would cost upward of $230,000.

Urus features includes tiny cameras whose images are displayed on two TFT screens in the cabin. The cockpit is finished in carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer, with leather-upholstered seat cushions and a multifunction steering wheel.
Lamborghini says the Urus would get the lowest carbon dioxide emissions in its class due to lightweight construction. A new material called Forged Composite helps keep the weight down.

The main targets for the Lamborghini Urus will be the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Russia, the Middle East and China.
