Oscar’s Post-Party Menu Revealed

Wolfgang Puck, who has been catering for the Academy Awards for 18 successive years, is cooking up a more delightful menu for this year’s Governors Ball. The 1,500 guests who are invited to the post-Oscar dinner will be treated to Puck’s culinary masterpieces.

According to Fox News, The stars can pig out on sushi, shrimps, smoked salmon on flatbread with caviar and creme fraiche and black truffle pizza with ricotta and thyme.

Aside from sushi platters and cold appetizers, LA Times reports that Puck will also be serving Chinois lamb with cilantro-mint vinaigrette; crab and lobster Louie with horseradish panna cotta and marinated tomatoes; Shanghai lobster with coconut curry, jasmine rice and pickled ginger, and gold-wrapped potatoes with caviar and crème fraîche.
