World’s Tallest Man, Sultan Kosen, have finally stopped growing at 8feet 3inches.
A 29-year-old Turkish farm labourer has been placed on medication to treat his disproportionate levels of testosterone and doctors in Virginia believe the pioneering treatment could finally stop his continued growth.

Doctors in Turkey say Kosen, who wears size 28 shoes, has showed no further signs of growth since returning home.
His gigantic appearance is the result of a condition called acromegaly, which is usually caused by a tumour in the pituitary gland.
